The Aylmer District Trapper's Council Annual Fish Fry
For more than twenty years the Aylmer District Trapper's Council has hosted an annual community dinner. Originally a wild game dinner, the ADTC has since switched over to a perch fish fry. The funds raised from this event are the primary source by which the council operates, and are distributed across multiple organizations and youth initiatives. With a total of one-hundred and fifty tickets printed, in recent years the event has sold out prompting the council to consider expansion. Hosted in Oxford County at the Oxford Sportsman's club, this event has regular attendees who look forward to the dinner annually.
